In addition to the obvious Rorgg/ Spider-Man connection, I've also seen sellers refer to the “Lair of the Lizard Men” story in this particular issue as possible prototype inspiration for the Lizard villain featured in Spider-Man.
Was Don Heck's “Lair” story ever reprinted?
