The Martian Who Stole a City
History: An unnamed Martian stalked the streets of Center City at night, using his superior technology to steal occupied buildings, first, a single house, then, an entire city block. The dwellings were teleported to Mars for study in preperation for invasion. Sections of the city continued to disappear. The Martian's flying saucer was discovered, and it was noted that the instruments were not labelled, nor were there any lights inside. Before the Martian could steal more buildings, he was stopped by the local police, who figured out the Martian's weakness: he couldn't stand light. All lights of the city were turned on and the Martian collapsed. He was captured and forced to reverse his device, returning the people and buildings. The Martian was allowed to leave Earth since his weakness was known.
